1. Services

aBeauty Makeup Miami provides professional beauty services including makeup artistry, hairstyling, bridal services, special event beauty services, and related offerings. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. Appointments are confirmed only after availability has been reviewed and your booking has been accepted by aBeauty.

We reserve the right to decline inquiries at our discretion.

3. Deposits and Payments

Some bookings may require a deposit in order to secure a reservation. Deposits, when applicable, may be processed through Stripe or Square.

Remaining balances, if any, may be due prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

All pricing is subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Because appointments reserve time specifically for each client, we request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information during booking and disclose relevant details that may affect services, including:

• Skin sensitivities or allergies
• Hair conditions
• Service timing constraints
• Location access details for mobile appointments

aBeauty is not responsible for outcomes impacted by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

6. Service Satisfaction

We strive to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction. Any concerns regarding services should be communicated promptly at the appointment whenever possible.

Due to the nature of beauty services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

7. On-Location Services

For mobile or on-location services, clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, sanitary, and workable service environment.

Travel fees may apply where disclosed. Additional charges may apply for significant location or schedule changes.

8. Photography and Portfolio

Client photos may only be used for portfolio or promotional purposes with permission or consent where required.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to:
