Booking & Scheduling
Retainer & Payment
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.
- The retainer is applied toward your total balance.
- Remaining balance: due 48 hours before the appointment.
- Appointments not paid in full by this time will be automatically cancelled and the retainer forfeited.
What if I need to reschedule?
Retainers remain non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Full details are outlined clearly in the Policies and contract.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are responsible for 100% of the service total.
- Retainers remain non-refundable.
- Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service amount.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and responsible for 100% of the service fee.
- Service may be cancelled at the artist’s discretion.
Where are you located - do you travel?
My studio is located in Brickell. I also travel on-location throughout Miami and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply, check policies.
How far in advance should I book?
Brides should book at least 6-12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. Bridal trials are typically scheduled 2–3 months before the wedding. If your date is sooner, still reach out – we’ll do our best.
Do you offer trials?
Yes. Bridal trials are highly recommended.
During the trial we:
– discuss your vision
– review inspiration
– design and refine your
– final look
– test longevity and comfort
Trials are booked separately and scheduled in advance, usually 2-3 months before the wedding.
Artist Cancellation
In the rare event that the artist must cancel due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to secure a qualified replacement.

– a small touch-up kit (lip + blotting + essentials)
Everything is tailored to your face, style, and occasion.
Do you work with all skin tones and hair types?
Yes. Kit and techniques are curated for every skin tone, undertone, texture, and hair type.
Inclusivity is not optional – it’s part of our standard.
Do I need to arrive with clean skin and dry hair?
For best results arrive with:
– clean, moisturized skin (no SPF, oils, or heavy serums)
– clean, fully dry hair – blown dry only, without hot tools, oils, or styling creams
If needed, blow-dry prep can be added as an upgrade.
Add-Ons
Clip-ins, blowouts, second looks, on-site touch-ups and concierge stay are available as add-ons and must be arranged in advance.
Travel
Travel & On-location
- Travel fees are calculated by mileage and must be paid with the final balance.
- Travel is calculated as $1 per mile x (round-trip).
- Parking, tolls, valet, hotel fees, or access costs are the client’s responsibility.
